I went here to speed up recovery from a surgery and what a game changer it was! Every morning following treatment I would wake up with substantially less inflammation at the incision site, something I did not experience before HBOT. I track my sleep with an Oura ring and it was also substantially better on the nights following hyperbaric treatments. I used to go to Paradise hyperbarics in Temecula and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them. However, REsource was closer and had slightly better rates, so this will be my go-to spot moving forward! I really enjoyed my conversations with Kayla as well.
