Monthly Membership has 3 month minimum commitment. Includes Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy but ONLY with active prescription on file with us. We can refer to a physician if Rx is needed. It is charged same day of initial payment each month and sessions can be pre-booked in advance or as you go. Each client has access to schedule and can book themselves or text message for appointments to be booked for them. Cancellation must be made prior to the start of the 3rd month or up coming month’s billing cycle. If you cannot make your appointment you are welcome to send someone in your place.
